WHAT?
The Historic Marietta Bike Race has history dating back from 2000 - 2005 including the Pennsylvania State Championships in 2002. In 2014 we brought the race back into Marietta to bring spectators and families to enjoy our small town and explore our rail trail.
WHO?
The race draws over 300 professional cyclists and hundreds of spectators to race a one-mile circuit on the streets of Marietta. Includes a fireman's race and a children's race. Family-fun activities, food and entertainment.
WHY?
We encourage families to come explore our town, our culture, and our rail trail. All proceeds from the race benefit the Marietta Community Park Systems.
